Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95
- Best for customers who want faster delivery
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50
- Ideal for budget-conscious shoppers who can wait longer
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your global fashion finds as much as we do. If something isn’t perfect, our hassle-free returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items.
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Items must be unworn and unused
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Personalized Suits & Tailoring (custom-made items)
- Jewellery & Watches with removed protective seals
- Swimwear with removed hygiene tags
- All final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
Easy Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return request
- Receive Authorization: Our Tampa-based team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Package Your Items: Include all original tags and packaging
- Ship Your Return: Use the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply)
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color from our Dresses or Jeans & Trousers collections?
- Follow the standard returns process above
- Specify your desired exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Refund Information
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Use the carrier specified in your return authorization
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
