Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • All returns must include original packaging and be unworn/unused
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout) cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewellery & watches with removed tags cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, these categories cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personalized Suits & Tailoring
  • Jewellery & Watches with removed protective seals
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Easy Returns Process

  2. Receive Authorization: Our Tampa-based team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Include all original tags and packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Use the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply)
  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color from our Dresses or Jeans & Trousers collections?

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Specify your desired exchange item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Use the carrier specified in your return authorization
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
