Where do you ship?
We offer seamless global delivery excluding some Asian and remote areas. All orders ship from our Tampa headquarters at 3397 Ethels Lane.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)
Processing time is 1-2 business days excluding weekends/holidays.
Will I pay customs fees?
International customers may encounter customs duties depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and aren’t included in your order total.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email when your order leaves our warehouse. For Outerwear and delicate items, we provide additional packaging updates.

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. This applies to all categories including Jewellery & Watches and Footwear.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for valuable items like our Suits & Tailoring pieces.
